Oblique Calligraphy Pen shops Holder

This is a custom, hand turned and finished, oblique pen holder made from a African Blackwood, Black Palm, and shops Hackberry accents and a Mexican Blanket G-carta (resin infused fabric)... the Mexican blanket is indeed a textile fabric in a resin, and it is as solid as the highest quality acrylic blank! This holder has an amazing look and the g-carta completes a unique pen that will write as good as it looks!

The finish on this holder is a highly polished CA.

The flange is also handmade from brass.

It is custom fit for a Leonardt Principal nib which perfectly aligns to center when not quite fully in the flange. (You can adjust the flange to fit other various nibs) The flange is set at a slightly upward angle to help in ease of writing. (the nib is not included with the purchase)
