Shops Precious Pebble Pendants

I was inspired by starfish fossils, spiral galaxies and sea fans for a long time and started sawing sapes from 18 gauge in copper, brass and nickel silver. They floated around my bench until I realized the can be curled into cages to hold tumbled stones. Once sawn with my Knew Concepts Saw , each 'tentacle' is bent to and from to round all edges with files. Each cage begins by forging the ends of the longest tentacles, matching a select beach stone and a lot plier work to develop curls to hold the stone tight. It takes a lot so twisting and hand strength to make sure the points are,tucked in. Once the complete for is shops made I go over all rough areas with a high grade file, polished, and coated with an anti tarnish solution.
Each Percious pebble is threaded on a chenille silk ribbon from Jamglass.
