This is an awesome Taylor Swift item! It is the vinyl record carrying case that was just released in conjunction with her Midnights album. It is in a brand new, never used condition, and I have it in hand and ready to ship. I typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. It has only been removed from the package and bubble wrap to photograph it and shops then put right back in it.  The shipping price is very high because the package weighs over 8 pounds.
