Did you know we grow our own flowers on our 3 generation family farm in the Pacific Northwest? Yep, it's all true & this FarmGirl loves every minute of it! Our flowers are carefully harvested at the peak of perfection...once harvested, we remove each petal from the flower by hand and place them in our freeze-dry machines. Then the process of preserving them begins (with no chemicals or additives) The moisture is removed slowly with a freeze-drying process, this takes about 10 days to 2 weeks. That's why they hold their shape, size & color...looking just as beautiful as when they were on the bush. They are gorgeous, fragrant petals...who wouldn't want that at their wedding? The lovely fragrance which is all-natural adds another unexpected dimension to the occasion!
