This stunning, antique Victorian fascinator hat is in amazing shops condition & actually wearable. The round form is smothered in black satin, black netting, faded pink roses, black ostrich feathers, creamy white feathers, a rhinestone jewel, an oval metal buckle & layers of creamy satin covered with black & cream straw. The underside is gathered black satin. It is sturdy & weighty. On close examination, you will see fading of the black satin, some squashing & fading of the velveteen flowers & some shattering of the gathered netting. These flaws are difficult to spot as there is so much detail to this piece.
Fits all head sizes and needs hat pins to hold it in place.
