Rare vintage antique romantic dress, embroidered, short sleeve, ruffled high neck / fits shops like small

Stunning and a one-of-a-kind and delicate ANTIQUE (?) dress with unique floral embroidered front part and ruffled collar-neck, small puff sleeves / it's lightweight and slightly sheer
Looks handmade looking at the stitches (incredible handwork)

condition: tear around the left armpit area on the back / minimal signs of age, some very mild discoloration under pits / otherwise in excellent shape for its age

size: it's like a size small (please check measurements)

material: I assume cotton blend / fabric feels stiffer than cotton, so it's probably a blend with nylon or polyester / this means that it's either antique or earliest from the 50s
