The two bags of orange tubing are brand new and factory sealed. The other parts are in plastic locking bags with a piece count written on each bag, however it appears that these numbers may not be accurate. There's an estimated 2800+ pieces when the “bag count” numbers are added. There are additional bags full of parts underneath the parts shown in the photos. This is a great addition to a complete set or add to another partial set. It is possible that the instruction manual can be found and printed or viewed on the Internet.
