Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us before you return your item!

The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item and share with us the tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the regular postal service, not courier services.

Shipping Policy

-All products are packaged with care and are placed in our signature boxes with a non-woven pouch. Would you like to make a gift to your beloved one? Then ask us to wrap your boxes!

-When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number so you can track your package.

-We ship from Athens, Greece to Worldwide via DHL Express Worldwide services.

-Please provide us your telephone number because it's required from the carrier in order to facilitate the delivery.

-Russia is excluded for DHL network, so we ship FREE with Hellenic Post a priority Registered Air mail (delivery time 8-15 business days).

-Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
