FINISH

Powder painting is carried out dry, using as a raw material different types of colored powders based on synthetic resins.
The adhesion of the dust to the surface to be coated is due to the electrostatic effect, i.e. the fact that the dust is subjected to a negative electric charge process while the material on which it is to be applied is grounded.
After being coated, the painted object is inserted in a special oven where it undergoes a suitable "cooking" process for a predetermined time, depending on the type and color of the paint used; inside the oven, the powder melts and polymerizes, forming a tight and thick layer.
Once the hardening, drying and cooling process is finished, the result is a finish resistant to cracking, scratches, chipping and discoloration.
