Onesie Care

To properly care for your Onesie machine wash the onesie inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle. To dry, tumble dry on a low heat or hang to dry. We recommend that you hang dry your onesie. Do NOT use harsh detergents, fabric softener or bleach. Do NOT iron.


What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do no hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we've fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What happens with a wrong address?

Because we use calculated shipping as offered by Etsy this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through Etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
