Cat collar breakaway in beautiful green and silver. These designer cat collars are ribbon braided around a traditional webbing base. Just as pretty as the luxury cat collar range, but made for those shops cats that prefer plain black hardware with a little less frills attached. These collars are fitted with a D ring .
