1. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the parcel is lost.

2. If defects are described / displayed, you will not be able to shops file a "damaged item" claim. 

3. The boxes and dustbags on Vivienne Westwood's older styles are often scratched or dented from time. If you prefer I'll ship the shoe in a new one.
