This is an antique French 19th century Jesus Christ on a crucifix/cross framed in an ebonised oval frame typical of the Victorian era and resting on dark navy blue velvet. Original brass hanging loop at the back.

At one time, this would probably display under a glass dome that has long disappeared

Very good vintage condition with minor age-related issues (more than 120 year old) to the frame and crucifix only adding to its character
