- All of our designs are printed with the highest quality ink that will never fade, scratch, or wash away.
- Designs are printed, hand-applied to each piece, and then fired in our kiln.
- Due to the personalization of our products, we do not accept returns.

---------- DESIGNING ----------
We do send out final proofs before we apply the decal onto the platter to make sure everything is to your liking.

If you choose the "Recipe As Is" Option:
- Lines & scribbled out words from the recipe card will remain on your platter.

If you choose the “Clean & Personalize” Option:
- Lines & scribbled out words from the recipe card will be removed.
- Writing may be arranged to fit the shape of the platter perfectly.
- You will have the option to personalize your platter further by adding a sweet little message to the back of the platter. If you would like us to type your note out, please type it out in the “Add your personalization” section. If you would like the note in your own handwriting, please write it out on a piece of plain white (unlined) paper.

---------- SENDING IN FILES ----------
After completing checkout, please send us a message including:
- Your order number or your name used to make the purchase.
- A clear photo or scan of the recipe card(s).
- A clear photo or scan of the handwriting going on the back of the platter (only if you chose the “Clean & Personalize” option).
