'Sunflowers' - gorgeous long silk scarf features a floral design which has been hand painted in various shades of green, yellow and brown. Can be tied in a variety of ways to give a whole range of different looks to your outfits. Great gift for you or your dear one!

I created this scarf using special method which is called the SERTI technique (French: "closing" or "fence"). It is the silk painting technique where designs are applied with outliner or resist. The dried resist keeps dyes within the outlined areas of the design. After the dye has dried, the silk is steam set for 4 hours. This increases the brilliance of the color and allows the dye to permanently bond to the silk on a molecular level.

I hand painted this scarf with much devotion and care. My scarves are not mass produced items.I sign all my work so you know they are original hand painted just for you.
