2.) You have 7 business days upon receiving your reading or service to come forward with any questions, issues, concerns, or anything that needs re-evaluation or interpretation. If you do not come forward by then, you are accepting your reading and or service as is, and I will be unable request new insights, re-evaluations or interpretations. My time is very previous and I can not always dig back in and re-evaluate something that is weeks old or longer.

3.) Per policy No.2 along those same lines, I will only discuss your current reading, ie my interpretations, the information given, and guidance needed to help you understand and connect to your reading better, anything outside of this will have to be another purchase of my readings.

4.) If you have watched the reading 5-10 times or even more and come back to me later with issues, than this seems very suspicious to me and I will have to ask additional questions as to why this is the case. (Example) No One watches a Bad Movie more than twice if they are completely unhappy with it.
