ETCHING SIZE
Photo will be etched at approximately 2.5" width on the glass depending on the dimensions of the image provided.


PHOTO FILE
Please send us your image through the “Message Seller” button on this page. Image formats include JPEG, PDF, AI files. Please do not send screenshots of images. The quality is too low to etch nicely. We recommend images with high resolution, high contrast and good lighting. Photo etching results will vary from order to order based on the quality of the image provided. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

If you are adding text to your glass please write the message in the personalization box above. We copy and paste your message word for word. Please review your text before submitting your order. Photo glasses with text below have space for a maximum of 4 words. If shops you have a longer message we recommend choosing photo with text on back. Please keep all message text under 10 words max.


FINAL PRODUCT PREVIEW
We are unable to send mock ups of how a photo will etch onto glass due to the etching file process. However, we will send you a picture of your glass before shipping. Final product pictures are sent within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. All images, order details and final product review images will be sent through the Etsy conversation thread. Each glass we make is unique and custom made. We hope you love yours!

RE-MAKE
If you are unhappy with the picture results, we ask that you let us know before we ship the item. If you are looking to change the image or make adjustments to an order we have a $20 Re-make fee. *Note* If you have an item Re-made you will only receive one item. You will not receive both the original and the remake. We do not accept cancelations or refunds once the order has been shipped. If you are truly unhappy with the etching results please let us know prior to shipping the item.
