Multistrand Ileke - Oshun Ibu shops Kole

Multi stranded Glass, Brass, and Cowrie “Gala” ileke representing Òsun in her aspect of Kolé; Head of the Ajé, represented by the Vulture.

These ilekes are meant for use by initiated priests.


They are not recommended for use on an Iyáwó as they are on the heavier side and the constant use
required during one's Iyaworaje will wear the thread down and possibly break the ileke. They are
designed as accent pieces to be worn on special occasions, either alone as a focal piece or with one
other ileke.

Preferably it should be stored unrolled on a flat surface to avoid wear & tear from constant rolling and
unrolling, but it can be shops loosely rolled and laid on a flat surface or atop your Òrisa.

Note* These ilekes have NOT gone through Lavatorio.
