Large vintage plate by shops Arabia Finland

shops Beautiful large plate by Arabia Finland. It pictures a happy couple in a National costumes. Plate itself is made out of blue colored faience?

Based on the Arabia stamp, Plate was manufactured between 1949-1964. It measures 10 1/4" in diameter, and is in very good condition. Plate does have 2 small "pumps" - appears to be pieces of sand under the glazing (please see picture).

Unfortunatelly we have not been able to find much information about this plate- such as who's design it is, was there entire set made with this pattern.
To me this plate looks very decorative- and I would hang it on the wall- but I'm sure it is meant to be a serving plate.
