I am selling this wooden doll house as is. With this listing, what you see is what you get (minus the figure which is meant for scaling purposes). This is a smaller 1/12 scale doll house with two stories and stairs. The house itself is rather light weight for a doll house but is not overly fragile. If you are looking for a house that will not take up much room (relatively) and isn't hard to move around, this shops might be for you. This house does appear to be unfinished as there is no paint on the interior and lacks lights or furnishings. The outside paint isn't the best but can easily be painted over. If you don't mind putting in some work, you could make it look a lot better than it does currently. There is clear plastic material in the windows that you might not have noticed in the pictures. The stairs indoors also look fairly nice. Since this house is in the 1/12 scale, it can accommodate 6 in figures and furnishings/accessories, which you can see in the last two pictures. Feel free to.
