Beautiful Vintage Chinese Jingfa Scalloped Rim Cloisonne Bowl 8.25" Diameter. White Ground with Plum Blossoms, on Brance and a Butterfly. Bronze Brass Metal Enameled Bowl. The ornate designs with fine wires and ombre enamels indicate a high level of artistry and workmanship. The underside has more wire work with more plum blossoms, a tree peony and another butterfly. It has a blue bubble borders at the rim ad at the foot. It is counter enameled in teal blue under the foot to strenghten the metal. Lots of color and textural interest. See the photos. Has the red and gold Jingfa foil sticker as well as a paper Made in China sticker. See the photos. Circa Mid 1900s shops. China. Approx. 8.25" / 21 cm Diameter X 2.75" / 7 cm Tall. Very Good previously owned antique condition. Some signs of age and use, but I did not see any worth noting other than a few tiny nicks at the metal rim that I am just noting to be thorough.
