This listing is for a handmade .925 antiqued sterling silver natural moonstone ring. I handcrafted this stone ring out of a sheet of sterling silver and wire. I set the stone in a fancy bezel wire and soldered it to a sheet of 26 gauge sterling silver. I cut a whole behind the moonstone so natural light can shine through the stone. There are tiny vines etched throughout the band.

I oxidized my sterling silver with sulfur to achieve the darkened effect. It is very beautiful on highly textured sterling silver because it highlights the details and it can also set the color of a gemstone off beautifully in some cases. I seal all of my oxidized jewelry with a special jeweler's lacquer so it stays dark for a lifetime.
