Has the back cracked up a bit but the front just has a smaller not hardly noticable crack area around bottom right. The USB port messed up, If you can fix these you know that you'll need to replace the back anyways to fix the port. It's an easy fix once you get the back off. Charges wirelessly fine. That's how I was using it. I love this phone and it takes amazing pics. I just wish I hadn't dropped it that one time. Charge ports are relatively cheap online. So if you can do it. You can cheap. I dunno about repair places. I used to repair but getting the back off the phone is such a pain. shops Let me know what you working with. This boots up Verizon but it's unlocked for any carrier.
