Vintage shops Rotary Past President Gold and Diamond Pin - Rotary Lapel Pin

I don't really know how old this pin is because I could not find one with this particular configuration of gold and enamel. So, your guess is as good as mine on age with this one. It did belong to a fellow who was in his 80s when I got it, so it is definitely vintage.

This is a Rotary Past President lapel or tie pin. It is hallmarked 10K gold and has a .04ct diamond set in the center. There are 2 rings around the diamond: the outer ring is partly enameled and says "Rotary International" shops and the inner ring is stamped "Past President" into the gold.

This pin is approximately 7/16" in diameter.
