This beautiful Limoges Trinket Box is shaped like ladies sun hat.
It is painted with fruits and leaves and features a blue ribbon
The inside has an intricate painted bunch of grapes.
The hand painted colors are bright and vivid and shops signed by the artist.
The golden rims are held together with a small bow.
It opens and closes securely.
It is in wonderful pre-loved condition without any chips or cracks.
Marked Limoges France, Peint Main and PV (Perry Vielle).
These beautiful porcelain boxes are made by hand and in a manual process that has remained unchanged for more than 100 years.
Wonderful to store jewelry, important love letters, trinkets, herbs, pills or snuff.
Limoges boxes have become enduring symbols of love, given to friends and relatives and passed down to children as lasting family mementos.
Measures approximately 1 3/4" tall x 2 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide.

I will ship 1st class or Priority on lighter weight items, but on heavy ones it will be Parcel Select. Books are always media rate with delivery confirmation. Media and Parcel take a little longer, so please message me if you need a rush order on an item and I can quote a postage price for expedited shipping.
