1960s shops vintage halter mini dress with panties or tankini Sz S

This is one of my favorite sets ever! 1960s psychedelic flower power print mini halter dress and panties. Originally I thought this was a swim piece(which it definitely can be) but I am also seeing it as a really fun mini dress. The fabric is bark cloth- no stretch but maintains its shape. The cup size on the top is cut for an A to possibly small C cup. Really very cute and in excellent condition. Washed and ready to wear.
