Does make a slight noise when powered up but I fully tested it and played let a few games run for a few hours straight to make sure it wouldn't cause issues and it worked fine the whole time Only thing missing is a HDMI cord and controller It's been in storage shops so a bit dirty The 3 reasons above is why I'm discounting it so much but it's GUARANTEED TO WORK If purchased before 4pm est we will ship it out THAT DAY if not then the following day .
