Lovely French Needlepoint Panel

A Chateau chair panel or pillow cover dating from early 19th century
worked entirely by hand using coloured silks
Depicting a central floral basket within a border of rose garlands and ribbons

Antique condition with appropriate signs of wear commensurate age and use
Some old adhesive marks around outside edge
Lovely antiqued / time worn appeal. background colour is a little darker than appears in the photos
Still strong and stable perfect for re working
