Jingles shops the Elf Wreath

Let Jingles the elf welcome your guests during the Christmas season. He looks ready to go with two red and white lollipops. Bells will jingle from his shoes and hat (painted bell). Hand-painted sign with texture applied to his hat and coat "fur."
