There are two hooks to add a strap but none are included. This is a frame purse! You pull handles a part and purse pops open. Okay now to the material. I cant quite describe it. Its sturdy and almost reminds me of a coated canvas. The material is very thick and heavy feeling. The bag is brightly colored and so happy looking. This is pre-owned and in very good condition.
