*PLEASE add to the personalization box whether you want cursive or block lettering and if you want the name on the collar of the sweater or front and center like the original name sweaters - a proof will be sent prior to making the sweaters for approval



SHIPPING: Once I receive an order, it will take me up to 10 days to make and ship out. I typically don't take that long, but the time depends on order amounts and inventory. Please message me BEFORE PURCHASING if you have a certain date you need the sweaters by and we can workout the details which will most likely include an additional fee or expedited shipping costs.

**ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BE DELAYED IN TRANSIT**
- No refunds or replacements will be given if the sweater is shipped on or before date, but delayed in transit OR shown as shops delivered and hasn't arrive.
- All orders come with a tracking #
- If the sweater shows delivered and has not arrived, I will help process a claim with the carrier to track the package and will provide a 50% off coupon to purchase another sweater

CARE: Handwash only! With a cotton sweater, it will shrink and compromise the integrity of the oversized fit and have the potential to mess with the hand stitching.

RETURN POLICY: no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given, these are handmade with care and custom and I know you will love the final product! If there is an issue with the actual quality of the sweater, please contact me and we will come up with a solution.
