Ocean Oasis is an original mixed media painting by Wendy Glos. It was painted on birch wood panel, first using colourful acrylic inks on bare wood. The result is a delicious mix of colours that blend and absorb into the woodgrain, creating a visually appealing effect. Acrylic paints and pens were also used. The fish shimmers with metallic paint. This painting is 12 x 12" and is 1 5/8" deep. The sides are painted black. The painting is titled, signed and dated on the back. No frame is needed for this wood panel painting. It has a hanging wire on the back which is secured with D-rings on each side. There are also small cushion pads shops in the lower corners of the painting. It is ready to hang!
