French Antique Lace Blouse Normandy shops France

A lovely French lace garment found in Normandy, France at a village brocante.
The elderly lady I purchased several items said this had been in her attic for years and it was her mother's. It was so lovely I could not pass it up, even though I do not shops sell antique clothing. It seems to be in very good condition & I have had it stored for over 20 years.
This is a small size, possibly for a child.
