This is brand new and factory sealed. Box is in descent condition with some shops minor shelf wear and surface scratches. But good enough for an in box collector. This was a chase mortal kombat sub zero frozen over McFarlane 7 inch action figure and it's quite rare. Obviously we're ignoring the original price tag on the bottom as seen in photos. I do ship all of my items with care and they all come from a smoke free pet free environment. Adult collectors preferred. I do not accept returns.
