Honey Info: This honey is raw and unfiltered, it will not expire-leave the lids on. It will not taste like the honey you buy from your typical store! It will crystallize and may develop cloudiness- this is NORMAL and a good sign that indeed it is from the hive to you! It will have specks of the hive in it as it is not filtered. If you want clear, processed, over heated honey, this shop may not be the one for you.


Does this honey expire?
Answer: No, keep the jar's lid on properly. This honey will not expire. ... Because of the sugar content and low pH of honey, as well as the bees' honey-making process, organisms that can spoil food won't survive in honey.

Do not give children under one year of age this honey.
