There will be an additional $75 charge for a Phytosanitary certificate for all international shipments and to the State of Arizona. We are Certified under Florida Dept. of Agriculture and US Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Plant Industry, Section 581.031 (17) FS under Samurai Gardens LLC # 48019072. We are certified under all applicable Federal or State Cooperative Domestic Plant Quarantines, FL-2128. Burrowing Nematode Certificate will be provided when shipped to citrus producing States. Junipers will not be sold nor sent to the state of California as it is illegal under Californian agricultural law.
