2235 - Cottonwood shops Bowl

Highly figured medium-sized cottonwood serving bowl.

The spalting displayed within the grains of this cottonwood are stunning.

We stabilized the soft cottonwood with epoxy resin infused deep within the grains of the wood.
This allows us to create a hard shops, dense material to turn and eventually finish to 400 grit leaving a smooth, natural finish to the bowl.

Treated with our own blend of food grade oils and wax to protect the wood.

Numbered and signed by the artist.
