These handsome spectacles provide a clean and sharp alternative to the standard gold or silver option which is the mainstay of glasses from this period. The simple tortoise coloured surround has light accents which gives the lift they need to set them apart from the also rans. They have coiled ear bends that ensure they stay in the position you want them to.
They have unusually charming bakelite nose pads.
Used in very good overall condition.
The lenses need replacing with your prescription.
The width dimensions are relatively small for a man so please compare with your own glasses size first.
Having said that, the bridge width is wider than normal. Those few mm do the make the difference between appearing obviously too small and vintagey, or in this case, of getting away with looking normal. Make no mistake, I have tried on enough of these type of glasses to judge the difference.
