Gorgeous vintage turquoise blue green dress/ gown in a plisse crinkled polyester pleats in a fortuny style, with long sleeves and cord embroidered over the lace with Pearl embellishments attached belt that comes on shops the back. Designed by Joan Leslie for Talbots in 1990s. Great condition, dress still has original tags on. Perfect Evening dress, wedding guest or party hostess. Tags states size 18
