Jewelry Returns & Refunds:

Due to the personal nature of earrings shops and in the interest of hygiene, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure measurements on earrings are suitable for your needs. We are always available to answer questions if you have them!

Necklaces sold ALONE may be returned for a refund, less the cost of the original shipping costs to you. Shipping costs back to Luna Dark are also payable by the customer.

Processing Time:

You will receive an order confirmation soon after checkout.

Processing time for jewelry orders is approximately 2 business days (THAT'S NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS), if ordered alone! If added on to a custom nail order, nail processing time applies, and your entire order will be shipped together.

Shipping:

Luna Dark is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. No refunds will be given, but if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage and we will work something out with you. If your order is lost in shipping, Luna Dark will investigate directly with the postal system(s) and begin a claim on your package. In this event, once it is confirmed to be lost, Luna Dark will replace your order.

Once your order is ready you will receive a tracking number to the email address you register at checkout.
All orders are shipped tracked with Canada Post.

International: 10-30 business days*

International customers are responsible for any duty and taxes from their country that may incur at the time of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address when they place their orders. In the event a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
