Sherri Cavan 1-of-a-Kind Signed, Glazed & Painted Nude Male Female or Trans Hard Clay Sculpture Monogrammed on leg. Biography is from www.sherricavan.com. One of California's most famous & respected sculptors- Sherri Cavan. As many of you know, Cavan recently died in 2016 and this sculpture comes from her estate, as do all of the sculptures by her that I am currently offering. When Cavan died, it was a great loss to California & American art! She sculpted for more than 30 years and participated in more than 40 exhibitions, for which she won many awards. Her expressive clay busts and portraits have shops earned her a special place in history alongside Beatrice Wood, Robert Arneson, and Ruth Asawa, among ot Condition: Good, overall condition. Sculpture may have a tiny chip or chips. Please enlarge digital images to see if there is any other damage that I may have missed. Measurements: 5.5" by 3" by 3".
