Some damage is to be expected, if your plant arrives with other above average transit damage please send a photo of damage product on the day of arrival and we will get you a full or partial refund depending on the shops situation on the next shipping day. We only refund for cold damage if a heat pack has been included in your order. Please include this in your order during the months of November, December, January, February, and March.
