Really beautiful antique Victorian brooch.

This lovely piece is set with deep-red faceted garnets in gold-plated base metal, in the shape of a shops horseshoe.

It measures 3.2 cm high and 2.8 cm wide, and fastens with a c-clasp.

It is in very good used condition for its age, although under magnification two of the garnets are chipped, and there is noticeable plating wear to the reverse. The pin also wobbles slightly but still holds firmly.

A delightful piece which would be the perfect good luck gift!
