Vintage Rhodochrosite Sterling Silver Pendant/Made by Alvin Monte shops

Here we have a vintage Rhodochrosite pendant made and stamped by Alvin Monte of the Navajo tribe. This piece is gorgeous and extremely well made. Someone brought this piece into our shop looking to get rid of it just the other day and we are glad they did. The rhodochrosite has a great bright look and feel to it and the stamping on the edge shows great silversmith work. The pendant measures approximately 2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inch wide. We shops are not sure when this piece was made, it is in great condition. We would estimate somewhere in the 2000's or early 2010's. Stamped with A Monte and a Sterling mark on the back.
