A unique combination of warm copper, handmade sea shells shops, and antique trade beads make for dramatic yet lightweight earrings.

I make the shells myself from polymer clay.

My "Ancient Oceans" series is inspired by the crackled white glass beads, old Venetian glass trade beads, which have washed up on the shores of Mali. They are jetsam from a trade ship that sank off the coast in the early 20th century. They are true "sea glass", worn and sanded by their tumultous journey to land.

Antiqued copper findings are the perfect match, with its dark patina and texture.

Wear them with blue jeans or that little black dress, and everything in between!
