Each of my quilts is unique and all my quilts are made from 100% cotton (unless otherwise specified) with 80% cotton + 20% Polyester wadding. I quilt on a long-arm machine for the bigger quilts. On the first wash the quilts will shrink slightly. The wadding is flat to facilitate quilting and after washing it puffs slightly to emphasise the quilting. Care labels are sewn on the back of all quilts. Line dry or tumble but shops for large (double and over) I recommend should be laundered in a commercial laundrette with large machines, as when full of water they are very heavy and some domestic machines may not cope.
