Rushton vintage / antique toy doll plush coca cola 50s Vintage Coca Cola Santa came out in the 50's made by the Rushton Company.... has vintage rubber face and hands, holding a Coca Cola bottle The last photo is of the 1958 santa commercial is where this company displayed this heirloom wearing black Rubber boots that read Rushton on the bottom of them extremely rare collectible From 1931 to 1964, Coca-Cola commissioned an artist named Haddon Sundblom to do an annual painting of Santa holding a bottle of Coke. The painting was used in that year's Coca-Cola holiday advertising. In 1957, Coke introduced a Santa doll based on Haddon's images of Santa. The doll was a display topper in stores and were also available for purchase. This Santa is 16" tall to top of ball on hat. He has a rubber face and black rubber boots. He is holding a plastic coke bottle. The tag reads The Rushton Co. Atlanta, Ga. A great vintage Christmas Santa.
