Antique Early Art Deco White Metal Planter Basket Jardiniere, Pleated w/Ringed Handle shops - 1920s-30s Porch Patio Solarium Sun Room Garden Decor

Unusual, early vintage/antique white pleated metal jardiniere/planter with wrought iron circular twisted handle creating a garden basket, airy yet symmetrical with clean geometric lines evocative of pre-Art Deco era. Plant for illustration only, not included.

The piece looked like it had been hastily over sprayed to freshen it, but it just looked dingy rather than shabby, so I revived it with a fresh coat of paint and then distressed it a bit to restore its aged charm. Rust inside the basket near the shops bottom. If used outside or to plant directly in, it will rust again.
