Vintage shops 80s black and white polka dot dress / sequin rhinestone appliqué dress

this is a vintage 80s dress with yellow sleeve shops trim and vintage rhinestone appliqué added by me. back zip closure, unlined.

MATERIALS: acetate, rayon, sequins, rhinestones.
CONDITION: excellent vintage condition.
SIZE: tag reads 11/12 shown on a size 6 dress form (pinned). please refer to measurements.
