Shipping

Please allow approximately 10-14 business days before shipping, as we do not carry stock and create items as they are ordered.
(Holiday orders are much faster; if you have any special event we can put your order in high priority and ship out within a few days.)
We pack securely and ship all orders from Montreal.

Shipping to Canada and the US:
- We use registered shipping with a tracking number for $13. Delivery in Canada takes 3-7 business days and to the US 6-14 business days.
- EMS express shipping costs $30. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, once ready. You can simply upgrade from the drop down menu when you check out.

Any other destination:
- The default is Regular shipping with no tracking for $13.
If you want a tracking number it's $27. Please upgrade from the drop down menu when you check out.
